This Lance 2285 travel trailer is the perfect size for a SUV or ½ ton pickup trucks with electric brakes. Comes with weight distributing hitch to help it tow wonderfully. I towed it with a ram 1500 and the previous owner with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Gvwr on this trailer is 6,000 lbs. with 415 lbs. of tongue weight. The camper comes stocked and ready to go for an amazing weekend getaway or cross-country trip!
Entering through the rear door you walk into the full kitchen complete with stove, oven, microwave, sink fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. The dinette slides out creating ample space in the living area. The table folds down into a bed with ample storage under the seats. To the right is a full size couch that forms a full bed (very comfortable for a couch). For entertainment we have a 12 volt tv that’s an amazing factor when boondocking! Comes with built in DVD player and speaker system for inside and outside the camper. Entering the bedroom area, you have full length closet and vanity to your right and small bathroom with full height shower to your left. Ending at the front of the rig we have a queen mattress with a cloudlike foam topper along with closets on each side and ample storage under the bed. One of the best features of this camper in my opinion is the window above the front of the bed, absolutely amazing for star gazing!Outside amenities include electric awning that automatically retracts when its windy, an amazing feature! Compared to other campers, this one is relatively lower to the ground and with sturdy entry railings makes accessibility a breeze. Towards the front we have full width storage bins that provide plenty of space.
