1. No Climbing on Roof or Exterior • Do not climb on the roof, ladders, awnings or any exterior surface. • Roof access is strictly prohibited—damage or injury will be charged to the renter. 2. No Smoking or Vaping • Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere inside the vehicle. • A deep‐clean fee of £150 will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected. 3. Pet Policy • Pets are only allowed if pre‐approved and the “Pet” extra is booked. • Pets must be kept off beds and seating; any excessive hair or stain cleaning incurs a surcharge. 4. Fuel & Mileage • Return with the same fuel level as at pick-up. A refueling fee (£2.50/liter) applies otherwise. • Standard allowance is 150 miles/day—excess mileage is charged at £0.75/mile unless pre-purchased. 6.• Keep awnings and slide-outs clear of obstructions; retract before moving the vehicle. 7. Waste & Sanitation • Empty black (toilet) and grey (sink/shower) tanks at designated dump stations only. • A cleaning fee (£200) will apply for improper disposal or failure to empty. 8. Seat Belts & Safety • All passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. • Children in approved car seats must be secured in the rear seating area. 8. No Off-Road or Unsealed Roads • Vehicle is restricted to paved or well-maintained gravel roads only. • Any damage from off-road use will be the renter’s responsibility. 9. No Towing • Towing of trailers, caravans, motorcycles, etc., is strictly prohibited. 10. Vehicle Return Condition • Return the motorhome inside and out in the same condition as received. • Interior cleaning fee (£95) applies if the vehicle is excessively dirty. 11. Breakdown & Assistance • Report any mechanical issue immediately to us. • Unauthorized repairs or service will not be reimbursed. 12. Alcohol & Drugs • Driver must comply with UK drink‐drive laws (max. blood alcohol content 0.08%).
