The entire canvas is new along with tires, cassette toilet, sheets, dinnette, portable A/C unit and fresh paint through out.It is stocked with all kind of camping supplies for you to use.Weights just 1,000lbs so if your vehicle has a hitch and 4 pin it will tow it.Shore power for lights and outlets. City water hook up or a portable water tank for sites with no water hook up. Propane stove, microwave, cooler that plugs in like a refrigerator and portable cassette toilet.I can show you the entire pop up and take down process.
