It's in immaculate condition, sleeps 4 comfortably, but we may discuss additional guests on a case-by-case basis.Everything we offer is flexible, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs--just ask!Was ist inbegriffenOffers a KING-size bed with memory foam in a private room with TV, the couch makes into a bed and has memory foam, and there is room on the floor for a twin air mattress. If anyone is adventurous or simply desires to get one step closer to nature, we have a 2-man tent available to rent. You will feel like you are in a home as the kitchen has a residential-size refrigerator, convection oven/microwave, gas oven, k-cup style coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, mini-crock pot, and all kitchen essentials. The living room has a fireplace/heater, large-screen TV with a DVD player and speakers inside and outside. Lean back in the reclining theater seating with massaging/heated chairs. There are plenty of outlets and pop up charging stations for cell phones, iPods, and iPads. Tons of storage throughout. The RV is fully stocked--includes linens, blankets, towels, pillows, dishes, cookware, kitchen appliances, toilet paper, and paper towels. It is close enough to our house that we will assist with any needs that arise, yet far enough and private enough that you won't realize we are here. We will provide a grill and outdoor chairs upon request. You're free to roam our property, sit on the porch swing, or stay in the cozy RV. Daily dumping is included (extended stays require a fee). Why stay in a crowded RV park when you can have the outdoors to yourself?! We are a very easy 30-minute drive to Ft.
