Bring the whole family with you to enjoy this RV! The littles (or under 6 feet tall adults) can sleep on the set of 27" x 72" bunk beds, and you can sleep on the 60" x 75" queen bed in the rear private bedroom which also has a closet and dresser for your clothes and additional storage. There is a 12V outlet in the bedroom for Cpap machine. Plus, you can access the dual entry bathroom directly from the bedroom or the hallway next to the bunk beds. Relax in true comfort on the 68" jackknife sofa (lays down for more sleep space for 1) while you watch TV on a 40" screen (if you have service) or play a few card games at the 71" Dream Dinette (more sleeping space for 1). There is also a 52" x 96" bunk over cab for even more sleeping space for 2! Head outside for some fun games of Cornhole, Ladderball, or Yard Pong. (All available as an add-on.) Add-on the BBQ grill for burgers and dogs. Sit around the campfire with provided roasting sticks to make some smores.
Thor also comes with the Colorado State Parks Day Use Pass.

Breaking of this rule will result in forfeit of entire deposit plus any damages-Host will determine which festivals will be allowed. -TOILET-Nothing is to be dumped down the toilet besides human waste and provided toilet paper. Breaking of this rule will result in forfeit of entire deposit plus any damages. -FUEL-If RV comes back without being refueled, a $50 fee plus the amount of the gas will be added charges. -CLEANING-If rv is returned without having been cleaned at all a $100 charge will be added. Please put all used linens in shower. Wipe off all countertops. Wash all dishes. Clean out Fridge. If rv is returned in need of excessive cleaning a $300 charge will be added. -DUMP FEE-The Holding Tanks are expected to be dumped before returning RV or a $150 charge will be added, unless you pre-purchase the $100 dump fee add-on. -NO TOWING -NO OFFROADING- Stay on paved, maintained roads
