Responsive, helpful, and accommodating
Daniel and Leslie are often praised for being helpful, responsive, and accommodating, offering walkthroughs and flexible pickup/delivery. However, one guest noted Leslie lacked camper knowledge for basic functions and couldn't resolve critical issues, leading to major inconvenience. Two cancellations also occurred.
Easy to tow and well-equipped
This compact R-Pod is described as clean, immaculate, and fully stocked with essentials like a coffee machine, griddle, and camping gear, perfect for 2-3 people. Most found it easy to tow. However, one rental experienced a dead battery and a leaking water tank.

1.0Leslie was overall kind and pleasant but she was not very knowledgeable of the camper and how to operate the basic function of it like the electrical panel and propane features. When we picked it up the battery was dead so we had to manually override the winch. When we added water to the holding tank it began draining out of the bottom of the tank. Unfortunately where we were camping there was no water source so we camped without running water unable to shower, wash our hands, or properly use the toilet. Leslie was unable to help or remedy the situation. When returning the camper Leslie was only willing to waive the septic tank fee of $40. We felt this was inadequate for the level of inconvenience.
