It was clean and well prepared. Kimberly was an excellent host, making sure we had a great experience. She was very responsive to questions during trip preparations and helpful in trip coordination. They delivered and set up the RV for us and followed up to answer any questions or address any issues. She was easy to communicate with throughout the trip, which was much appreciated.

She was accommodating and checked on us to make sure we had everything and that things were working well. The trailer was fantastic and clean.
