She's a nice clean, lightweight camper that can be pulled by a smaller vehicle. Pickup in quiet, sleepy West Fork avoiding the hustle and bustle of Northwest Arkansas. Getting to the pickup site is super easy being just 2 miles from the I-49 freeway. Devil's Den State Park is just 20 minutes up the road from the pickup point. Beaver Lake and Lake Fort Smith are nearby as well. Not to mention Fayetteville is just a 12 mile straight shot up the freeway so if you book a campground in Fayetteville your destination is just 15 minutes away. Or, you can stay put here on our property with full hookup (30 Amp, city water, sewer). Our dog (Meadow) is super friendly. The electric fence and driveway gate will keep your dog secure 24x7. Meadow doesn't challenge the fence since testing it on day one. Your dog will be free to roam the 1.5 acre wooded property after a brief orientation session and a lot of squealing. There's always plenty of fresh water, dog food, and sometimes, a bone to chew.Was ist inbegriffen• Bedding for the (1) short queen and (2) RV bunks (comforter, sheets, pillows).

Had problems with sewer hook up. Apparently we were missing a part. Also had trouble with furnace. Did not work. Otherwise everything was ok. I would rent this unit again assuming those problems were fixed.
