Nicole & Miguel are great hosts and Wilma is a smooth old lady!

The vacation itself was a delight and included some excellent wildlife viewing. The vehicle rental aspect was less so. The brakes were suspect, making a nasty grinding noise when coming to a stop. The parking brake was basically useless and allowed the unit to drive on while the brake was properly applied. The headlights were ok if you didn’t have to drive in the dark. Dashboard electronics were also suspect and frequently left us wondering if the vehicle would even start. Onboard amenities were sparse at best; there was a coffee maker but no carafe. The table threatened to collapse at any moment. We never met the person named as the vehicle owner. Even after waiting over 90 minutes when returning the vehicle it was her colleague who showed up. We had received several messages from the owner saying “I’ll be there in xxx minutes” we were told she was actually out of province. Beginning to things she may be just an avatar. Would probably use Outdoorsy again but will definitely do more due diligence on vehicle and owner.

The RV was great. Everything was tidy and worked well. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for a great getaway.
