Feel right at home in our beautiful 2016 Evergreen Bayhill 5th wheel with it's upgraded style and comforts of home including forced heat, electric fireplace, and 2 A/C's, one in main area and second in bedroom!And don't forget the "other" family member Fido. Well behaved dogs welcome for an additional pet fee. Limit 2 dogs please.This convenient layout sleeps 4 comfortably, measures 39 tip to tail and has an unloaded weight of 12,680 lbs. On the outside there is an over-sized electric awning, led lights to light up your space, and a super easy self leveling system. On the inside, you will find a deluxe kitchen which includes all items you will need for cooking. In addition a full size Washer and Dryer that works fantastic so no need to overpack.We will provide all toiletries such as tissue paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. There are other items in the trailer that we have provided in the kitchen area (sandwich bags, trash bags, spices, oils etc) and just ask if you use the last of the box to simply replace them. Fresh towels and linens provided. Also, there are two flat screen televisions, surround sound audio system, oven/stove combo, electric fireplace, microwave, bathroom with a vanity sink and lights with a full sized walk in shower, separate bedroom (with door) sleeping space that provides privacy for the adults.The inside is decorated with luxury cabinets and led lighting as well as lots of storage for personal items.Everything works properly, tows easy and really a great floor plan for family of 4.If you opt to pick up, your truck will need to be equipped with 5th wheel hitch. Delivery/pick up is an option and cost is dependent on distance and length of use of the RV. Please feel free to contact us prior to reserving for specifics.***Please note: You will be responsible for the campground reservation.
