Excessive Cleaning & Damage Policy
To help keep the RV in excellent condition for all guests, it is expected to be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Excessive Cleaning: If the RV is returned requiring extraordinary cleaning due to excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, smoking residue, unemptied tanks, trash, or other conditions beyond normal use, additional cleaning fees may be assessed, up to $750, based on the actual cleaning required.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the RV, its contents, or accessories beyond normal wear and tear. Damage charges will be based on the actual cost of repair or replacement, including parts, labor, and any applicable administrative or loss-of-use fees.
By booking this RV, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms.

What kitchen supplies are in the camper?

Our campers have the basics for you. Tongs, spatula, fry pan, coffee pot or French press. We suggest disposable plates and silverware for a stress free camping trip without the dishes.

Are linens included?

The campers have mattress pads and a coverlet on top. It is the responsibility of our renters to supply sheets, pillows, pillow cases and towels. We have found our renters prefer to bring their own, but in the case you'd like to have these available upon drops off, check out the linen add on and we can make this happen!

What campgrounds do you deliver to?
A.
We deliver to many local campgrounds and state parks including places like Holland State Park, Grand Haven State Park, and PJ Hoffmaster State Park (plus others -- just ask!).
