2017 Forest River Sunseeker, "Oaken"

1- HAVE FUN 2- Treat our property as it is your own 3- Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking is a $250 fee plus a $250 cleaning fee. 4- We are pet friendly, but they can make a mess. We charge $100 per pet and require them to be kenneled when left unattended. 5- Prep fee $150.00. This includes all paper goods and all the outdoor items that are included. 6- If returned with gray and black tanks not on “e” there will be a $75 fee for dumping. 7- Must be returned with a full tank or $50 fee plus cost of fuel. 8-If RV doesn’t come back clean $50 per hour cleaning fee will be assessed. 9- Anything broken or damaged will be charged the new purchase price plus labor to be replaced. 10- 125 miles per day with 55 cents per mile overage. 11- 4 hours per day on generator. Any extra hours will be charged $3 per hour. 12- Absolutely no unpaved roads. Motor homes are not meant to be taken off road. Unpaved roads in campground’s are ok. 13- No boondooking. We have learned most campers enjoy the comfort of RV parks. For experienced campers we would consider it. 14- This motorhome comes with a gps attached. Any tampering, removal or damage to gps Will automatic be a forfeiture of your security deposit. 15- Pick up is at 12pm. Drop off is at 6pm. Special arrangements may be considered. Early pickup (before 12pm) is $50. Late drop off (after 6pm) is $150. 3 night minimum.
