1. Vehicle must be returned with a full gas tank; otherwise, a charge of $100 will be deducted from the security deposit. 2. Vehicle pickup is available as early as 1pm for no extra cost. Early pickup is available upon request and for an additional charge. 10am - 1pm $50 fee. 7am - 10am $100 fee. Anything earlier than 7am will be a full day's rate. 3. Vehicle drop off is available as late as 2:00pm for no extra cost. Late drop off is available upon request and for an additional charge. 2pm - 5pm $50 fee. 5pm - 8pm $100 fee. Anything after 8pm will be a full day's rate. 4. Blackwater and graywater tanks must be emptied by renter prior to return. If the renter returns the vehicle without emptying the blackwater and/or the greywater tank and the renter did not select the addon option to have the tanks emptied, there will be a $200 charge deducted from the security deposit. 5. Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. If I suspect there were pets in the vehicle, I will deduct $200 from the security deposit. 6. Smoking and/or vaping is prohibited in the vehicle. If I suspect that any of these activities occurred, I will deduct $500 from the security deposit. 7. While driving the vehicle on dirt roads is expected, extreme off-roading is prohibited and renter shall be responsible for any damages. Note that the generator sits very low on the vehicle and can be easily scratched. 8. Renter shall be responsible for any and all toll road fees, driving, parking or any other tickets and/or towing fees during the length of the rental. These will be deducted from the security deposit, along with a $50 handling and processing fee. 9. The prep and sanitize fee of $100 is for a regular cleaning (e.g. enhanced sanitization, washed linens, washed vehicle, etc.) after the renter returns the vehicle. If the renter returns the vehicle with extensive dirt, grime or other condition that requires extensive cleaning, an additional charge of $200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
