2021 Keystone Bullet Modern Getaway Sleeps 6, AC, Shower

This was our first time renting from Outdoorsy and Marco set the bar really high for our next rentals! The RV was exactly as pictured, and Marco and his wife helped us get everything needed for our trip. Pick up and Drop off was easy, and the hosts were SO FRIENDLY. We would rent this camper again! We had a great experience!

Marco was good at the handoff and allowed me to use his hitch with sway bars. Pretty easy to tow and hook up. Good condition inside although quite dirty on the outside. Everything was functioning well and we had a great time camping in it.

Marco was very responsive, the RV is perfect, and all went well. We plan to rent again in the future!!!

Marco was very helpful with hooking the camper up to my truck and walking me around and showing me how things work. The communication could’ve been better. I didn’t hear from him for a couple days just prior to the trip, asking for details on timing and where to pick it up from. Also there was no one present when I dropped it off so I had to call him a couple times to figure out what he wanted me to do when dropping it off. The camper was not ready to be picked up when I showed up either. The water tanks weren’t filled yet and there was not enough blankets for sleeping. The lack of bedding would’ve been fine if the heater worked, but it wouldn’t turn on. Also, when we opened the fridge to put some food in, it smelled awful and I found a drawer full of mold. It was nice there was a TV and dvd player, but no movies were included, which made it fairly useless when camping with no phone service.

Communication with owner was easy. Listing was pretty accurate, minor mechanical issues with camper that owner is aware of and is working on.
