we have modern wood floor except dining room carpet. we have ice maker, mini refrigerator and one cooking top outside of the trailer. We will add the generator for small fee per day. We do have 32 inch TV and antenna.Was ist inbegriffenAll bedding are included the blankets are not included. Bath towels are not included. kitchen essentials like silverware, plates, tumblers cookware, coffeemaker, toaster etc. are included. you will need to bring your own camping chairs if you wish. EmpfehlungenOnly use RV toilet papers.There is moving out checklist.

2. Clean and shiny cooktop and oven no film as possible
3. Clean toilet, shower walls and floor and sink
4. Wipe off table
5. Clean dishes and silverwares and pots real good for next renters.
6. Clean all appliances and wipe off fingerprints on refrigerator door, fireplace, doors outside, mirrors, microwaves etc
7. Clean inside refrigerator and microwave
8. Sweep rug outside and fold up and put back in storage area
If not cleaned as it is directed above there will be cleaning fee.There will be small back flush fee Weitere wichtige Dingethose blinds above the loveseat and dining table windows you need to be very gentle opening or close or it will mess up or break. the previous renters were too rough on blinds.
