Travel to Mexico is prohibited, in the event, you cross the border into Mexico, a penalty rate of 3x the total rental rate will apply. We have a strict no-smoking policy, you will forfeit the deposit if it's determined that you smoked within the RV. There is no climbing on the roof, no drugs, you agree to stay on maintained highways and roads, off-roading is prohibited, you will be responsible for any breakdowns that occur off-road. The minimum age to book is 25 years of age, in the event, you mislead us about your intended destination or do not meet our minimum age requirements, your reservation will be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking.
