It's fully loaded, 30 ft., super clean! Great family vacation memories to be made in this RV! I have added kitchen accessories, pots, full size coffee pot, movies for the blu ray dvd, and bathroom towels. I have new amenities for cooking outdoors, a new griddle (super fun to cook on - stir fry rice, smash burgers - hubby's favorite), small charcoal grill and a gas grill. RV has a hook up for propane. You will enjoy her as much as we do for family trips.
