New carpet in bedroom, very clean and in excellent condition. Was ist inbegriffencomes loaded and ready to camp, including outdoor propane grill, electric griddle, pots pans, mixing bowls, towels, plates, cups, Keurig coffee maker, blankets, pillows, etc.Empfehlungensemi permanently parked on the water in Port Aransas TX, right next to a private dock, and loading ramp, full hookups. Weitere wichtige DingePets welcome but please pick up after them so we all can avoid the land mines. Also in an effort to keep costs down for everyone clean up and remove your trash when your done, put the dirty linens in the clothes hamper, and wash the dirty dishes. Failure to abide by rules will cause you to lose deposit and pay additional cleaning fees. As my Dad used to say: "Son give it back better than it was when you got it."
