1.0Positives ... the hosts are very nice people... the mattress was really nice Negatives .... the trailer looks nothing like it does in the photos... interior is ripped up pretty good... doors falling off the hinges... exterior lights don't work so you can't sit outside at night.... BBQs don't work (they are missing gas lines so you can't use) while they supply dishes there is no sponges or soap to clean the dishes... overall condition of the trailer is poor ... I would suggest that they take new pictures or spend a little money redoing interior of trailer... also please note you must bring your own Apple TV or Firestick to use the TVs ... rented tons of houses and trailers in the past.... don't expect them to be perfect but this one was definitely not in good shape ... ended up leaving early and getting a hotel..

5.0was my 2nd time renting from Grace and Jose and as always it was perfect. The trailer is like brand new, they set it up for me all I had to do is pull up and unload my things. I really like this trailer because it has 3 TV's, front bedroom has walk around bed, and the trailer sleeps 8-10 people comfortably

5.0Jose and Grace were excellent to work with! I wish they could handle all our rental needs. Messages were always answered very quickly and super accommodating in any request. The trailer was very clean and the bed and bunk beds were made very nicely and completely. I liked the way the smaller TV could be easily moved to a few different locations when and where you would like to have it. I think it would be very helpful if the rental listing provided more details. Especially regarding bed sizes. I thought the sofa in the back with the bunks pulled out like the one in the front. But it was a bunk size also. That was on me for not asking. Grace also mentioned towels were available upon request which would have been useful to know ahead of time. The bathroom does lack counter space for the size of the trailer, but I guess you give that up to have the access from the outside, which is a lot better than having to go through the inside. Would definitely rent from them again.
