**Delivery and Setup Available** 40' Silverado Bighorn Bunkhouse edition .*Please triple check that the site you reserve is capable of accommodating a 40' camper with slides on each side. This is a large unit and this generally limits where it will fit at most parks.*Two bedrooms, two bath with a central living space. Sleeps 8 comfortably (1 king bed, two queen pull-outs, two Twin XL bunks). 4 popouts and a large awning.Outdoor kitchen and shower. Full winter package, two AC units and two heater units. Full fridge inside and a mini fridge in the outdoor kitchen.Beautifully maintained unit that is stocked with everything you need to have a great trip: dishes, pots/pans, silverware, outdoor furniture, blackout blinds, linens, towels, all adapters for various hookups (30amp, 50amp).We full-timed with our two young children while house hunting, so have worked out all the kinks. Can easily modify the bunkhouse to make room for a crib or pack-n-play if you are traveling with a little one. Baby-friendly features have been added for safety: high locks on doors, screen door protector (prevents baby from falling through the screen) and a solid rail on one of the top bunks. Wonderful family-friendly camper. We keep it fully serviced and clean, check tires, fire/CO alarms, and fire extinguisher, so all you have to worry about is having a great time!We will deliver, set up, break down, and return the camper if you are within a reasonable distance of Windsor, CO. Please contact us for details.Please remember to check the length limits at the site you reserve! We highly suggest you get written confirmation that they can accommodate a 40' camper.We also highly suggest a 50amp site in the summer. A 30 amp will only be able to run one AC at a time.We are happy to work with people who are new to RVing, please plan on taking at least an hour to learn about everything when you pick up the camper or when we drop it off.Please note: you are Required to have an actual 5th wheel hitch to pull our camper, no gooseneck to 5th wheel adapters will be approved.Expectations:
- The unit comes with full water tanks, full propane bottles, and all grey and black tanks will be empty. Upon return the propane bottles should be full and the grey/black tanks should be empty. We do not ask that you refill the water tanks. If you select not to re-fill the propane tanks or empty the grey/black water tanks, you will be charged our standard fees for each of these services.
