This unit has never been smoked in and is in excellent condition.It is pre-packed with all the necessities for your trip. so no need to bring anything but your own food, snacks, and sleeping linens/pillows, and bath & kitchen towels.We recommend a maximum of 5 for a comfortable experience. The front master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), a fold out couch (sleeps 1) and rear bunk beds (sleeps 2). There is a handy step ladder for the upper bunk. The slide-out extends the floor space to nearly double when extended. A hand rail and three stairs are at the entrance to the trailer, and they work great.The bathroom includes a mini tub with shower head. This is great for a quick rinse-off, washing feet or small children. Keep in mind that unless you are in a full-service camping spot, you only have as much water as what was put in the holding tank, and a small amount of hot water from that tank. So we recommend you take advantage of the showers offered in most camp grounds for full bathing and hair washing.You will require a vehicle capable of towing at least 8,000 lbs weight (Gvwr 7,680 lbs) with an electric brake control system. For example, the minimum of the equivalent of a half ton truck. An equalizer hitch and sway bar will be provided for your use.
