5.0We had an excellent experience with Giant Recreation. It was our first motorhome trip, and the employee was impeccably helpful in teaching us all the functions and procedures. The vehicle was new and very well equipped. Upon return, we were not surprised by any hidden or malicious charges in the contract; we only paid for what was clearly agreed upon. We will certainly take other RV trips and will definitely use Giant Recreation's services again.

0.5Not happy to get charge dump fee, as well gas we did put gas on it on a gas station about w miles from drop off location as well we dump all at the camp ground before returning the RV.. should not get charge
