4.5this was our first time renting an RV for a trip. Everyone at Giant Recreation World was friendly and helpful. When we went to pick up the RV, Chris, walked us through every aspects of driving and setting up and breaking down of the RV. wWen we had a slight issue during our trip, Tom was responsive and gave us some advice. Dropping off our RV was easy. We will definitely rent from them again.

4.5Would have loved to have been told About the early bird pickup Program when I asked about picking our rv up early. Never got call backs. Other than that it was great.

5Easiest rental ever. All of the employees we interacted with were extremely friendly, understanding and helpful. We were late picking up the RV and they stayed open and waited for us, we had to extend a day at the last minute and they had no problem extending for us. Will absolutely be renting from here again and again!
