Described as brand new and in mint condition, and easy to hook up for first-timers. However, one rental reported shower leaks, mechanical warnings, roaches, and a warm fridge. Another cited cleanliness issues and pre-filled waste tanks.

3.5Shower pan leaked, tie rod seemed damaged, ABS warning brake light came on occasionally, roach infested, and fridge only cooled to 45, but otherwise a great rental. Folks were A+ at the rental office. Nice unit despite the typical rental flaws.
