Proactive, Supportive Customer Service

Tom and Judy provided excellent support, even offering driving classes. Staff ensured a seamless pick-up/drop-off, addressing issues like faulty generators proactively. GRW goes above and beyond.

New Coach, Persistent Issues

The new coach is often clean, but frequently experiences issues: an uncomfortable main bed, non-working TVs, faulty generator/AC, clogged bathroom, damaged backup camera, and broken lamps.

Most everything is great. My only complaint is we could not get any of the TV's to work and there is cable at the raceway. This seems to happen almost every year. Would of been nice to have this year because we took our 4 year old grand daughter.

We have a fleet of 35 rentals both pull behinds & motorized. We offer 24/7 roadside assistance for our motor homes. We do allow towing @ no charge with our motor homes max weight 5.000lbs. We are the only company that rents current year models year-round. Plus, ours are fully loaded meaning, they do come with multiple TV's inside. Power awnings, generators (drivable motorhomes only), full kitchen, and full bath. Our rentals are more like one you would own. Check the competition, no one does what we do!
