Pet Policy:
We welcome pets with pre-approval and a $100 pet cleaning fee. Pets must sleep on their own pet bed — one is provided for your convenience. Please keep pets off all bedding and furniture (unless you bring your own covers), and use the provided lint roller or vacuum to manage pet hair before checkout. We also provide a HEPA quality filtration machine to keep the atmosphere clean of allergens and dander. Please keep this on your stay when you have pets we want to be accommodating for you and others that might have allergies and then your future.
* **Do** ensure your vehicle is equipped and capable of towing the RV trailer safely (check weight limits, hitch, etc.).
* **Do** inspect the trailer before you leave, checking for damage and making sure everything is secure.
* **Do** ask the owner for a walkthrough of the trailer, including how to operate the water, power, and waste systems.
* **Do** return the trailer clean, with full tanks, and in the same condition as when you received it.
* **Do** communicate with the owner if you have any problems during the rental.
### **Don’ts:**
* **Don’t** tow the trailer without proper knowledge of how to connect, disconnect, and tow it safely.
* **Don’t** exceed the weight capacity of your towing vehicle or trailer.
* **Don’t** take the trailer off-road unless the owner has specifically approved it.
* **Don’t** leave the trailer unattended in a way that it could be damaged or stolen.
* **Don’t** park in non-designated RV trailer areas—always ensure you're following campground and local rules.
Following these rules ensures a smooth rental experience and helps maintain the condition of the RV trailer
