✅ Do’s: • ✔️ ALL GUESTS MUST BE REPORTED AT BOOKING • ✔️ Treat it like your own — respectful use goes a long way! • ✔️ Empty the black and gray tanks before returning (if required). • ✔️ Return it clean (sweep floors, wipe surfaces, wash dishes). • ✔️ Secure all items and lock cabinets before towing. • ✔️ Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided). • ✔️ Refill propane if used heavily (cooking/heating). • ✔️ Keep the awning retracted in wind/rain to avoid damage. • ✔️ Report any damage or issues immediately • 🚫 Don’ts: • ❌ No smoking or vaping inside — $250 fine applies. • ❌ No climbing on the roof. • ❌ No flushing anything but RV-safe toilet paper — no wipes, hygiene products, etc. • ❌ Don’t tow above 65 mph. • ❌ No pets unless pre-approved. • ❌ No off-road or boondocking unless discussed beforehand. • ❌ Do not leave food or trash inside upon return.
