Yes, section 8 of the Outdoorsy contract states that the "Rental must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup (clean on the interior and exterior and in full working order)." And section 17 of the Outdoorsy contract states that "At the time of return, Rental must be returned cleaned to the same condition or better than when picked up."

What other fees are there?

On top of the Outdoorsy fee schedule outlined in the contract, here are the owner-set fee schedules (some are add-ons the renter can pre-pay). 1. Rental interior is returned dirty: $250. 2. Rental exterior is returned dirty: $150. 3. Rental tanks are not emptied: $195. 4. Propane tank is not returned full: $60. 5. Gas tank is not returned full: $60. 6.
