Little bit of background:
This is my forth camper project.
My first van was 1989 Toyota Van (20 years ago).
Second project was 1994 Dodge Ram conversion Van (10 years ago).
Third project was 2010 Chevy Silverado 2500HD crew cab long bed with Four wheel camper granby (4 years ago),
Finally my current project 2013 Mercedes Sprinter Van.I designed the van
1) To carry as many as kids possible, (I have kids playing soccer and travel a lot, it is fun to travel with kids) so kept most of seats and carry camping gear and of course bed.
2) To carry a lot of gears like mountain bikes, tents and lumbers as I do home improvements and want to carry 10 feet lumber and plywood.
3) To be able to cook for 4-6 people comfortably when we travel.Note:
Toilet - It is not high priority as they are available everywhere and when I am in the mountain, we set up outdoor bathroom. (Portable toilet and small pop up tent is come with the van) .
Shower - The van has outdoor shower (Road-shower 10 gallon) to have quick shower (about 10m continuous).
Lastly, Please note this is well used camper van, we use a lot. . Not new luxury camper. If you are looking for new high end camper van, this van is not for you.
But if you love outdoor, camping, biking kayaking.. this is one great camper for you and your family.
