General Rules & Responsibilities • Cleanliness: Please return the RV in a clean and tidy condition. Remove all food, trash, and personal belongings before returning it. • Maintenance: If you notice any mechanical issues during your trip, please report them promptly so they can be addressed. • Damage: Any damage to the RV should be reported as soon as possible. Renters may be responsible for repair or cleaning costs beyond normal wear and tear. • Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the RV. • Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours at campgrounds and RV parks. • Occupancy: Please follow the occupancy limits listed in the rental agreement. • Pets: Pets are allowed only if approved in advance. Please follow campground rules and keep pets leashed when required. Additional Guidelines • Drivers: All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet any age requirements for operating the RV. • Road Use: The RV may only be driven on paved roads and well-maintained gravel roads. • Generator Use: Please use the generator primarily for charging when needed. • Security: Please lock all doors and storage compartments whenever leaving the RV unattended. • Fees: Additional fees may apply for excess mileage, tolls, late returns, or excessive cleaning. • Damage Deposit: The security deposit may be used to cover damage or cleaning beyond normal use.
