1.0Overall, our experience was disappointing. Communication before pickup was poor. We were given a late pickup time and were told we'd be updated if an earlier pickup or different location became available. Unfortunately, we never received any follow-up. Instead, we suddenly got a text saying, "Come, it's ready," with no prior communication. The RV itself was in good condition and met our expectations, so no complaints there. However, the biggest issue came at the end of the rental. Even though we swept the RV, cleaned it, and left it in good condition, we were charged an additional $150 cleaning fee. We were told it wasn't returned "the way we gave it to you" because they still had to wash the linens and do other standard turnover tasks. In my opinion, those are normal responsibilities between rentals and should already be covered by the setup/preparation fee. The extra $150 felt more like an additional charge to increase the total cost than a fee based on the actual condition of the RV. I would recommend improving communication with customers and being much more transparent about cleaning expectations and fees before pickup.

5.0Sofia and Johnny are wonderful and fair hosts - let this be your sign to book a trip with their lovely 2023 Mercedes van :) We fit four grown people in this RV for a quick 2-night trip. Good van for beginners as it was our first time driving an RV. Hosts were available and responsive over text for any needs and were very helpful in educating us about the van. We will absolutely be booking with them again in the future.
