Responsive, accommodating, and helpful
Beth and her husband are highly responsive, communicating clearly and being very accommodating with delivery and pickup schedules. They are proactive in addressing issues, even providing water bottles for a broken water line or guiding manual jack fixes.
Well-equipped family trailer
The trailer is clean and comfortably fits families, often used for sleeping and food storage. It comes with bedding, towels, and essentials, including fun glow-in-the-dark stars for kids. Minor issues like a broken water line or front jack have occurred.

4.0Beth and her husband were fantastic to rent from! Clear and often communication, straightforward and honest. Plus, their delivery and set up was very much appreciated! The trailer fit our family wonderfully, and I would rent it from them again. The only issue was the water line was broken prior to our trip, and we had to use bottled water to flush and wash hands with. They were honest and clear about the issue when it came up, but was too late to rent another so we made do just fine with the water bottles they provided.

5.0This is our third year renting with Beth and her husband. They are always so flexible with delivering the RV and picking up on our timeline and we are so grateful to work with such an easy going couple. We have two adults and two kids and the trailer is mainly used for sleeping and to keep food cold in the fridge.
