Cost of fuel and propane overage may fluctuate based on current gas/propane prices.- If renter returns the vehicle without emptying the black and gray water tanks, a $60 dumping fee will be deducted from the security deposit.- Towing is allowed, but tow must not exceed 3,000 lbs. Renter is responsible for any damage to suspension, tires, frame, hitch, etc. due to excessive tow weight.-No off-roading. Please only drive in paved roads unless necessary. 5.0Michael was a great host. Super responsive and answered my gazillion questions without hesitation. The RV was perfect for me and my 3 pre-teens/teens. Easy to drive and in great condition. It was my first time in an RV and there was a lot to learn, but RV campers are friendly and Michael is always available. I look forward to making more RV memories with my kids and renting from Michael again.

5.0I rented the RV for my wife and I for a three week trip to Utah, Idaho and Oregon from California. The RV was exceptional! Just the right size for the two of us. Everything was clean and operational. We had no issues what so ever. Our host Michael was awesome! He was thorough in his explanation of how the operation of the RV worked. Defiantly would rent again. Thanks for the great experience Michael!
