Jeremy was a wonderful host. Prior to the trip he was very quick to respond to messages when I had questions. The trailer was exactly as listed. It was basically brand new and included everything we needed. Jeremy showed me how to operate the trailer after it was set up and he was easy to get a hold of if I needed anything during our trip.
