Morro Strand RV Park Reviews

Following are some reviews for Morro Strand RV Park taken directly from this website

“This is a pretty basic campground – but location, location, location. Morro Bay is a vacationers paradise. Within a few blocks of the campground, you have the beach, and within a few miles, you have great local restaurants (clam chowder – yum), kayaking, golf, Hearst castle (supposed to open soon), and elephant seals. But this review is about the campground. As others have said, the campground is pretty basic. The sites are narrow, and you must disconnect your tow vehicle. Also, you MUST stay within your site boundary. The water, sewer, and electricity worked well. The WIFI was OK, and the cable TV was snowy. We camped at Morro Strand RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.”

“My family booked for two nights. It’s very clean, bathrooms and site. Has a smell every once in awhile, probably from the water treatment plant near by. Sites are tight, really tight, but everything works. The office is very friendly too.”

-Greg

“If you are looking for a resort with lots of extra features this park is not for you. However, I you are looking for a quiet, clean, superbly maintain park with level sites and plenty of room for your 45 foot coach and toad then you have found one of the great parks. We were there for several months. I hate to tell anyone how great the park is or Morro Bay is because I want to keep it for myself. But I am not that selfish. The hookups are well place. It is and easy walk over to Morro Rock, the harbor area and the beach. There are amazing walking trails ALL over the area. There are lots of good bike trails as well. Shopping for stables is convenient. Since we were there in crab season I spent my life savings on fresh crab and other delicious seafood. Even during the worst of the pandemic I could get seafood to eat at the coach. Did I mention the Morro Strand RV Park is a great place. No, I’m not being paid to say that, but I do hope they can make a place available to me when I return. I will return. Reserve early it is popular and for good reason. We camped at Morro Strand RV Park in a Motorhome”

Morro Bay Vs. Morro Strand

Morro Bay and Morro Strand State Beach are popular destinations in California. Both offer stunning views of the Pacific Ocean but have some key differences. Morro Bay is a small town located on the Central Coast, while Morro Strand State Beach is a state park located south of the city. Morro Bay is known for its sandy beaches, quaint shops, and waterfront restaurants, while Morro Strand State Beach is known for its dramatic cliffs, tide pools, and surf breaks. Visitors can find plenty of things to do at both destinations, but they’re likely to have a different experience depending on their choice.

Morro Bay Trailer Park

Morro Bay Trailer Park is one of California’s most unique RV parks. With its beautiful location on the coast, it’s no wonder that this park is such a popular destination for RVers. But what makes Morro Bay Trailer Park truly special is its amenities. The park offers a wide range of activities and facilities that will keep everyone happy, from the youngest to the oldest. There’s a heated pool, a playground, a rec room, and even a convenience store. And of course, there are also the stunning views of Morro Bay and the surrounding area. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing vacation or an action-packed getaway, Morro Bay Trailer Park is the perfect place for you.
