We had a fantastic experience with this RV! It was in excellent condition—exactly as pictured and clearly very well taken care of. The host was incredibly easy to work with and communicated everything clearly and promptly. We truly enjoyed our time with both the RV and the host, and we would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Looking forward to renting again in the future!

We had an amazing experience in the van. It was a Super easy to drive. Plenty of storage. Very easy to operate all systems both while dry docked or hooked up. The bed, while large, wasn’t super soft so would recommend a mattress topper. Also, be prepared for some rough MPGs at time. Neither of these took away from our experience at all! We can’t be wait to go again!

My wife and I had a great experience renting this Jayco Night Hawk travel trailer! The pick up and return process was handled very professionally and Cassie made sure we understood all the features and benefits this trailer had to offer. I would highly recommend booking your next rental with her and we are already looking forward to using this trailer again.

Would not use again. My pickup was 12pm per email, then got switched and I had to miss a work meeting. I made sure to return every tank (water, propane) as before & made sure the generator was under the contracted hours - the gas tank confused me because the gas pump popped out like it was filled and I did not want to overfill the tank. Cassie was 20 minutes late to meet me, so I would have easily gone back to the gas station if I had known this happened. I’m happy to pay whatever remainder of the gas was needed to fill the tank due to that error of the gas pump popping out, but do not think I should pay the extra fee. I will be disputing this charge.

When you first made your booking, I mentioned that we’d confirm the pickup time closer to the date. When I reached out to ask if an earlier pickup—just 30 minutes earlier than your original request for 12:00—would work, that time was still available. Unfortunately, by the time I heard back from you, it had already been booked by someone else.

Overall the RV was very comfortable and functional. It was a very pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable. The awning seemed brand new. A few of the parts are starting to wear down but they do not effect the RV experience.
