This RV was very easy to drive and handle on the road, and the pick-up and drop-off process was completely seamless.
However, we did run into a couple of major comfort issues during our trip. The top air fan was not working, which made things quite uncomfortable since it's practically a necessity during the summer heat. Additionally, the fridge door kept popping open because it wasn't adjusted properly, making it frustrating to keep our food secure while driving.

My wife and I recently traveled to Taos NM and back from Orange County, CA in the Zepplin 2. We have rented a few other Class B RVs and found the layout and utility of the Travato superior. In addition, the Ram Promaster was well behaved and relatively quiet at highway speeds. We would recommend the Zepplin 2 to any first time Class B renter. Cassie was both professional and friendly and very responsive.

1/5 – Unprofessional host, late pickup, and hostile after return
Host was late to pickup and ignored multiple messages asking where she was. She didn’t even provide a phone number until after we tracked one down ourselves. The van walkthrough was rushed and incomplete.

We had a great time on our vacation with this RV. It fit my family of 5, including my 3 adult children, just fine. The pop outs really made it feel bigger and gave a lot more space. Although there were cosmetic imperfections, everything was nice, clean and comfortable. The AC worked like a dream and the refrigerator was a fantastic size. Much bigger than we’ve had in our past rentals. There’s a good amount of counter space in the kitchen for meal prep and cooking. Cassie was very communicative and was flexible with our need for early pickup and late drop off. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely rent the RV again.

We rented a great adventure van for a 8-day family trip through California, and the experience exceeded expectations. The RV itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to drive despite its size. Even with two young kids in tow, there was enough space and things to do for everyone. Cassie was great throughout the process. She walked us through every system in the RV before we left, from the water hookups to the generator, and were quick to respond any time we had a question during the trip. We'd absolutely book with them again.

Cassie was a fantastic host, super communicative and knowledgeable. The RV was well-stocked and it allowed us to really enjoy our trip without feeling like anything was missing. Cannot wait to book with her again!
