We had a wonderful experience with Jennifer and Jon from start to finish. Jennifer was prompt with the replies and Jon had the trailer ready for us when we arrived. The trailer is brand new and we were their first renters and would rent from them again 100%! They offered the drop off option and even though we have hauled rented trailers from Outdoorsy before, the drop off/pick up option was amazing and worth the extra money! So easy and seamless. They also allowed our two pups to join us and they had an amazing time as well. We loved the layout of this trailer. Tons of room with the single pop out and storage for everything (we like to bring a lot of our own stuff and it all fit great!). They have everything that you need to "glamp" comfortably and the big screen projector was by far the best surprise we weren't expecting! We were able to watch the playoff basketball games in style (haha!) 10 out of 10 experience!
