We highly recommend Vin and Sandy, and of course CINAMIN. Awesome communication and very helpful. It was our first time renting an RV and using Outdoorsy, and it couldn’t have gone more smooth. We took it to Zion and the Grand Canyon. Two suggestions - There are several gas stations selling diesel close to the pick up/drop off so filling the tank before dropping it off isn’t a worry. Also, we stayed at Black Canyon RV Park our last night because it’s 45 minutes away from drop off. It’s nice and has all of the amenities you’ll need before dropping off the RV. Cheers.

We had a really great trip, the rv was perfect. Everything was in top working order and there were no issues with the vehicle. Our host was always available for questions and we could not have asked for an easier or better experience with this rental.

Exactly what was needed for a comfortable work trip over one week. Exceptionally comfortable, easy to drive. Overall a great experience for 1-2 people.

We enjoyed a GREAT trip visiting the parks around southern Utah-used 2 weeks and Vincent was always available if any questions from us first time Rv folks-Cinnamon was PERFECT size for 2 adults and EASY to get around towns or parks-No issues at all with vehicle or customer service-we will reserve again in future

As first time RVers we had a great experience renting from Vincent. He was very detailed in explaining how to operate everything in the RV and was just a text message away if we had any questions. Cinnamin was perfect for our travels to see our grandchildren as we were totally self contained on our drive and could cook and take bathroom breaks whenever we needed to! We had a great trip and would highly recommend renting from Vincent!

Loved Cinamon! We had issue with the refridgerator but Vincent was available to help us figure it out and we problem solved it. Vincent was available throughout the whole trip to answer any questions and responded quickly. The van had everything we needed and was a dream to drive! Highly recommend this rental!

We had a great trip! The coach is great and Vincent was extremely helpful and responsive. The van swallowed all the gear for an active family of four. It’s little tight for four inside. But with the kids in tents every night it was all fine.

I was a little apprehensive to rent a vehicle this size on my own. Vincent was very helpful with instructions on driving and operation. To my surprise "Cinnamon" was a dream to drive, I had no trouble what so ever. I enjoyed the in floor heating system, it kept the van nice and toasty. All the comforts totally off grid!

It was a pleasure dealing with Vincent. He was available within a timely manner. Whatever issues I experienced during my 10 day trip were promptly dealt with in a fair & considerate manner.

Total Awesome RV, a delight to drive. Vince was great in instructing on the items on the RV and hints on driving safely. Rent it, you will love it.

An RV trip of a lifetime requires the right vehicle. Vincent, and his 2018 Roadtrek delivered!
I spent months researching vehicles that would be a good fit for my husband and I & out 2 dogs (150lb Dane & 35lb mix). This Class B let us drive more place and park more places, especially amongst the Redwoods & in Yosemite. it is just as luxurious as a new Class A, but much shorter & it does not hang over like a class C. it has a huge fridge/freezer and King size bed (both are super rare for any RV). The bed was very comfortable, & ice cream stayed rock hard. Gas milage and drive-ability was exactly what you would expect from a new Mercedes.
I took one star off because one of lithium batteries did not work. Vincent told us as soon as he realized the replacement would not arrive in time- a couple days before we left. Half of our trip was planned to be boondocked, and we had to change some of this up mid trip which cost us money (boondock locations were under $18.00 night, hookups were about $50.00/ night.) This vehicle is completely self-sufficient and has a variety of power sources. Do yourself a favor and look at some Youtube videos of the Roadtrek, it will greatly help your familiarity & learning curve.
I picked Vincent’s mint condition Roadtrek b/c it has the double Lithium batteries with the solar polar option & he allowed a big dog (rare!). Vincent was easy to get a hold of from pre-book to drop off and especially the first 2 days of the trip (learning curve). I really appreciated his helpful hints and insider-information. We would absolutely recommend “Cinnamon“ and we hope to take another trip with “ her” in the future!
