5.0Could not have asked for a nicer host for our first RV rental. The owner’s son Vinny was very detailed in his explanation of the RV and how to operate every aspect of the vehicle. The RV was immaculate and very well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. Customer Service was outstanding and when we called with questions he literally picked up on the first or second ring. I would not hesitate to rent this RV as we had an outstanding trip.

5.0We were scheduled to attend an LTV rally in Vegas three days after our NEW rig was sideswiped. We thought we would have to cancel. Thankfully, we were referred to Outdoorsy, found Vin and his Serenity, and rented it for the week. Never been on Outdoorsy before but the rental experience was smooth. Vin was super communicative and our trip in their well-maintained rig was a success! Thanks Vin.
