2019 Leisure Travel Van Serenity B+ Rent Cinnamon, luxury travel, sleeps 4

We were scheduled to attend an LTV rally in Vegas three days after our NEW rig was sideswiped. We thought we would have to cancel. Thankfully, we were referred to Outdoorsy, found Vin and his Serenity, and rented it for the week. Never been on Outdoorsy before but the rental experience was smooth. Vin was super communicative and our trip in their well-maintained rig was a success! Thanks Vin.

Five star start to finish. You can’t find a better rental experience than with Vin and Sandy. Their LTV Serenity is first class and perfect for a weekend getaway or extended trip.

We recently rented “Cinaman” for a 2 week adventure to Colorado for the fall colors and I can't rave enough about our experience! From the very first contact, Vincent was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions promptly. We felt confident in our decision thanks to his guidance and knowledge. The reservation process was smooth and straightforward. We appreciated the clear communication throughout, which made the entire experience stress-free. Once we picked up the RV, it was clean, meticulously well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner took the time to walk us through all the features and amenities, ensuring we were fully comfortable before hitting the road. During our journey, I had a couple of questions, and Vincent was quick to respond and patiently walked me through to solve the issue. It's obvious he genuinely cares about the renters and wants to provide a fantastic experience. Returning the RV was just as easy as picking it up. Overall, this was an outstanding rental experience, and I can't recommend Vincent and “Cinaman” highly enough! I'll definitely be renting from him again in the future!

Our experience renting an RV from Vincent was exceptional. From the very beginning, his communication was prompt and provided us with all the information we needed. We were also very impressed with the RV's excellent condition – it was clear he takes great care of it. The pick-up process was a highlight – Vincent was incredibly thorough, patiently walking us through the RV's features and answering all our questions. We truly appreciated how much time he took, as it made us feel very confident and comfortable hitting the road. The return was also a breeze. We couldn't recommend Vincent enough!

We highly recommend Vin and Sandy, and of course CINAMIN. Awesome communication and very helpful. It was our first time renting an RV and using Outdoorsy, and it couldn’t have gone more smooth. We took it to Zion and the Grand Canyon. Two suggestions - There are several gas stations selling diesel close to the pick up/drop off so filling the tank before dropping it off isn’t a worry. Also, we stayed at Black Canyon RV Park our last night because it’s 45 minutes away from drop off. It’s nice and has all of the amenities you’ll need before dropping off the RV. Cheers.
