About Wasatch RV Rentals
We are outdoor and backcountry enthusiasts. Love getting into the backcountry and off grid but also love some of the luxuries camping and RV can afford. We have been RVing for over 20 years, have owned many RV's and still own several. We boat, fish, camp, hike, paddle, basically just love the outdoors. We are meticulous and take excellent care of our own gear so that it lasts many seasons. We are a family of 5 and we all love getting outdoors.

Erin was great at communicating before pickup. Pick up and drop off were easy. The trailer is easy to tow. There are a few broken components, but it’s easy to put up and pack up. The table wasn’t included and we had to sweep the floor from the previous user. I wish I’d read all the reviews beforehand. We also had the heater shut off on us at 2am just like a previous reviewer. The manual specifically says it is not a manual pilot light and not to try to light it. We were camping with two young kids so we were worried about them being cold the rest of the night. We were also out of cell signal and couldn’t contact Erin. If heat and a table aren’t a deal breaker it’s a great little camper. It has great clearance and it’s easy to tow.

This trailer was perfect for our trip. It was easy to tow with a Tacoma and made our trip really comfortable and easy. Erin was quick to respond to our questions and gave a great walk through of the trailer. He had it clean with the battery, propane, and water all topped off. He even let us bring his generator (which we didn’t use). Overall, this was a great first time renting on Outdoorsy.

Overall it was fun. There were some broken pieces and components (screen door slider) but nothing that was a deal breaker. We did struggle with the heater shutting off at 3am and not coming back on. Unfortunately we were out of cell service so we couldn’t contact the owner. Overall good experience. Would rent from him again.

Erin was the worst at communicating. There was crappy communication about pickup time and location before pickup. He said he would be in town all weekend when I had it rented and would be able to around if I had any questions. I blindly trusted that someone who rents these things would have it ready for renters and would call me back with any questions and problems. I didn't ever receive a call or text during my entire rental after multiple calls I had with questions.

Erin was incredibly responsive and easy to work with! We took the trailer off road and it was effortless to tow. The added rocket box on top of the trailer was a super convenient extra storage space and we were able to put 4 duffel bags and bedding inside. The trailer has a good amount of storage during transport as well, and it felt roomy for a family of 4. Thanks again and we hope to rent again in the future.

Awesome pop-up and great for an off-road adventure. Kids loved it! We spent the evening under the lit awning, and mornings warming up with the heater. Perfect!

Almost canceled our reservation because Erin did not respond with confirmation of pick up location. Finally heard from him hours before the start of our trip. RV power did not work as advertised and we did not have heat/power for our entire trip. We reached out to the owner for help but He refused to respond to text/phone calls for assistance. I would not recommend Erin’s camper.

As stated to Kenneth when I responded that I was in the mountains prior to his pickup and did not have cell coverage but responded immediately upon my return a full day before his pickup. Also, location of th pickup was listed in his confirmation. This was Kenneth's first time renting a camper so he was very unaware of Outdoorsy policies and procedures. My reviews show an excellent record of response and my trailer is always in working order. I walked through the camper with the renter showing all systems in working condition and how to operate. Kenneth clearly did not follow those instructions as I ran through all systems upon his return to find everything operating as it should. Kenneth just didn't want to pay for his rental. I can't recommend kenneth as a renter of your vehicle.

Erin was easy to communicate with and helpful throughout the rental. He let me borrow a trailer hitch that was better suited for my vehicle and his trailer.
