Hi! I'm Krystal, a Florida native and first generation Cuban American. I've been living "out west" in the recent past and am just in Awe of the mountains, waterfalls, lakes and wildlife ; we're not in Florida anymore! Lol The first time I used the word "majestic" was when I explored my first mountain. and it continues to be true. Winter is another story ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ hehe Outdoors is the only place I purposely get lost—to be found. I’m a former athlete who loves staying active, but I also love slowing down to admire flowers, watch animals, and soak in the beauty of the greenery.. Had a great trip and great suppprt from the hosts. No issues with the RV and the few that popped up on our return they were very fair and willing to work with me on. Would use them again in the future.

Trailer is large and accommodated 4 adults and 2 children perfectly, with separate rooms, it was really convenient. It pulled great and came with anti-sway bars, long electrical cable/adapter for our generator, hoses, cleaning supplies and so much more. They really made an effort to make we didn't have to bring much at all. We took it to the mountains where it snowed, and the heater worked great.

the owner of the trailer was very accommodating and awesome to work with. the trailer itself was beautiful and well taken care of. thank you for a great experience. look forward to using your services again in the future for another camping trip.

From start to finish this experience could have been a lot better, first off when we arrived to pick up our trailer the hitch didn't work, it would not connect to our truck, the next thing was the brake lights were broken we had to take the trailer to A repair shop and have them fixed. The plates that were on the vehicle were expired apparently Krystal had renewed them but they were nowhere to be found, they were helpful and reimburse us for having to take the trailer to get it fixed but this all cost us precious time on our trip. These things need to be reviewed before somebody rents any vehicle, I am shocked that there isn't a better checks and balances. Not sure I will be renting on Outdoorsy.

We’re sorry the start of your trip was frustrating. I would also like to clarify:
*Hitch-Our listing provides the hitch specifications, measurements, and requirements so guests can confirm their vehicle meets the necessary criteria before booking. The hitch has been successful with all prior renters.
*Registration-when we were notified of the concern,we were able to provide proof of current registration within minutes.
*We were not aware of any brake light issue prior to this rental. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address the concern directly before trailer was taken to a repair shop we didn't approve ; there may have been another solution available.
*We reimbursed the repair expense because we
wanted to help resolve the situation.

This trailer was spacious and met our needs wonderfully! Space for all, even the food/pantry storage was so nice. It was clean and Krystal communicated easily and promptly!

A really nice roomy RV. Made for a great camping experience. We loved it. Krystal is an Amazing host. Was easy to work with, made the whole experience perfect. Definitely will be renting again from Krystal sometime in the near future.
