Spacious interior, past readiness issues
The trailer is noted for its spacious and roomy interior, good food/pantry storage, and cleanliness. However, one rental encountered a non-working hitch, broken brake lights, and expired plates upon pickup, requiring immediate repairs.

2.0From start to finish this experience could have been a lot better, first off when we arrived to pick up our trailer the hitch didn't work, it would not connect to our truck, the next thing was the brake lights were broken we had to take the trailer to A repair shop and have them fixed. The plates that were on the vehicle were expired apparently Krystal had renewed them but they were nowhere to be found, they were helpful and reimburse us for having to take the trailer to get it fixed but this all cost us precious time on our trip. These things need to be reviewed before somebody rents any vehicle, I am shocked that there isn't a better checks and balances. Not sure I will be renting on Outdoorsy.

5.0A really nice roomy RV. Made for a great camping experience. We loved it. Krystal is an Amazing host. Was easy to work with, made the whole experience perfect. Definitely will be renting again from Krystal sometime in the near future.
