Hi! We’re Sarah and Arthur—a homeschooling couple raising our family in the woods of Vermont, where fireflies, muddy boots, and impromptu Ethel Merman-style singalongs are part of daily life. Our Surveyor camper isn’t fancy, but it’s full of heart—and it’s seen its share of laughter, burnt marshmallows, and peaceful evenings under the trees. She’s a little ramshackle in spots (just like us), but she’s clean, cozy, and ready to give you a real-deal camping experience. No hot water—our heater’s out—so it’s cold showers (or none, a totally valid camping choice). Honestly, most Vermont state parks don’t have hookups anyway, so it's par for the course up here. You can even just stay right here on our property in North Ferrisburgh, complete with wooded acres, peaceful waterfall, and meandering stream. We love sharing our space with folks who appreciate charm over polish and stories over stuff. If that sounds like you, welcome.
