Im usually not one to leave a negative review. But this time, i feel like i should share. Where to start? Everything was good up til pickup. The first thing will not pertain to everyone. But for me its a deal breaker. The language barrier. I couldn't understand half of what was being said during the orientation and walk through. After nodding my head and pretending that i understood, we got packed up and headed out.
Now to the RV. First thing i noticed was the steering wheel was facing about 2 o'clock while holding the rig straight, which is not that big of deal, that is til you hit a rough patch in the road and the whole front end jumps to 2 o'clock. Alaska, is not lacking rough roads. Inside the RV was just as bad if not worse. Everytime you hit one of those bumps, the whole entire dash would nearly jump into your lap along with any items you had around it. I think the worse part about it though was the noise. Road noise and leaky windows screaming. I rented this to get my family together for a Alaskan vacation. I haven't seen them in months and was looking forward to catching up during the drive. Nope. To load. I could keep going but im out of available characters. Thumbs down.

Exceedingly negative experience that does not end, even though we returned the RV 10 days ago. I was writing a detailed review here, but space not enough. Examples of issues: Toilet could not be used for solid waste. (The host providing a long metal stick, gloves and wipes for the bathroom indicates their likely awareness of issues. Their technician told us (in summary) the clogging is a real problem. We had to use public bathrooms to avoid needing to put on gloves, push poop down into the toilet swage pipe with our hands, manually masserate poop, try to flush and have poop bubble up splashing on our face, clothing and floor. Other ex include cabinets & drawers spontaneously opening while driving (causing damage to a drawer and dishes we had to buy because host does not provide cups/bowls/… that can be safely used in the microwave), shower water going from freezing to scalding, driver seat not being adjustable (only tall person could drive safely), no storage (suitcase fell on my head, hit my face), table collapsing down, etc. We returned RV 2 days early bc issues. After 3 staff said no problem, host is contradicting what they said & promised, even seeming to blame us for drawer

Was told it was 28 feet which is why I went with this model. It was actually 29.5 feet and almost could not get on the ferry and would have ruined our entire trip. Thankfully the ferry people allowed us on. But the correct size should be listed

What a great Van. We traveled for a week and stayed very comfortable each night in this van, even when temps dropped to freezing. Easy to drive and in immaculate condition.

We enjoyed our trip in our rental RV. It was comfortable and had most of things that you require for your trip. Bedding and comforters were good. They are easygoing and accommodating company. If you plan on using the kitchen, make sure to hit the super market before leaving Anchorage to stock up on groceries and cleaning supplies. Overall the RV drove well without any issues.

I love renting from here. I rent every year. My trip was a long weekend so I like that I only need to top the fuel off when I return it. The only reason for the low rating on the listing is because I selected a Nexus Phantom model (full living area slide out) and ended up with a Sunseeker by Forest River (bedroom slide out only.) It apparently was a system glitch. The vehicle was comfortable, nonetheless and I will rent here again.

The overall experience of renting an RV was straightforward, including making the reservation online, picking up the RV, and returning the RV. I've rented a Class C motorhome years ago, so driving it was not that difficult. Since it was a 2015, it did not have a backup camera, so that can always be a little challenge. I got a crash course in all the features of the motorhome, but actually staying in it and using everything it offered still required a learning curve, and thankfully the owner's manual was available. The Alaskan highways are loaded with motorhomes, so I felt lots of company, and didn't mind driving 55 and getting passed by cars all the time. We had a 24 footer, which is large enough, although the 2015 Minnie Winnie 22R bed in the back is a little snug for a couple, requiring a climb to get on it and also with a corner cut out to give room for the bathroom door means the shorter partner needs that side. All in all, a great way to travel and sightsee.
