The scheduling team (Jamie) and the in-house personnel were very helpful and professional. They did their best to provide us a good experience under some challenging circumstances. The RV and its additional accessories we added were clean, neat, and comfortable. Thank you!

Explanation of the RV and the usage of the pumps, generator, hot water heater, etc. was great. For the most part they answered the phone with any questions we had. Little things broke along our 8 day trip and explained them to the owners with no cost on our end. A few things like the water heater and light or two never worked for the whole trip. Overall good experience for a first time RV camper.

Seven of us travelled in Hector to Talkeetna, Denali National Park and Palmer. We loved being in an RV especially when it was raining and liked staying right in the park at Teklanika Campground. There aren’t any hookups at Teklanika so our limited size of the gray water tank and charging our devices including C-PAPS was a concern. The RV description says sleeps 10 but there is 1queen, 1 double, 2 single bunks and 2 fold down beds that could maybe sleep 2short children each- not adults. The staff at Alaska RV was great and the rig ran well and was clean but was a bit noisy on Denali NP gravel roads. Our pick up time was three hours late due to the RV being turned in late with one quick-fix issue. So was everything perfect-no- but the trip was perfectly enjoyable and we’d do it again maybe renting two RV’s instead of one next time. Lastly I want to say that the staff was very nice and worked hard to get us out on the road on time. They gave us the use of extra RV stuff at no charge to accommodate our late departure.

This experience was great, the RV is gorgeous and the staff at Alaska RV are great. I would rent this rig again if I ever visit Alaska. We did have it plugged in the entire 5 days so I wasn’t able to judge what it would be like to be “off the grid”.

Water leaked, no pillow cases, RV wasn’t ready on time, orientation was hard to understand.

Pickup/check-in was over 2 hours. RV had what appeared to be cosmetic issues which turned into the awning breaking and other items not working as intended. Communication was excellent and this issues did not interfere with the trip.

Very kind to allow us to sleep in the parking lot after arriving late. We did pay for that whole day so it was good that was allowed. The rv was in decent shape aside from the ac and heater not working and we had to wait almost 2 hours before we could leave the parking lot. This was very frustrating as it should have been checked and repaired days before we arrived. Aside from that it was good.

Delivery/Pickup did not occur until 4 rather than 3 due to prior renter being late to drop off. Other than that RV and staff were very good.

Awesome RV experience. The RV is comfortable and easy to drive. It has all the tools and applicances we need for the trip. The only challenge we had was to dump at sewage. The dump tube was super tight. I would suggest that the rental owner provide tougher gloves for handling.
