Explanation of the RV and the usage of the pumps, generator, hot water heater, etc. was great. For the most part they answered the phone with any questions we had. Little things broke along our 8 day trip and explained them to the owners with no cost on our end. A few things like the water heater and light or two never worked for the whole trip. Overall good experience for a first time RV camper.

The owners Jim and Jamie were amazing. They got us a reservation on a last minute cancellation, they made sure that we had everything we needed, the RV was in perfect operating condition.and were very accommodating. The RV was clean not only functional but fashionable. They had a long list of items that you could rent if you didn’t have them, including fishing poles, sleeping bags, firewood you name it! I highly recommend Alaska RV Rentals, their staff were professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and there were no surprise costs at pick up or return, it was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! Big thanks to Jim, Jamie and staff for assuring we had the best RV camp trip experience possible! Stay wild and stay safe!

Perfect size for 2 people. Anymore people and it would have been extremely crowded. Adequate storage for fishing equipment, firewood, camp chairs, etc. Directions before trip was very informative and for the drop off at the end of our trip. All-in-all the RV was everything we expected and more.

That Sprinter is a little tired and overused - Please either sell it , or give it a fair description on your website and rent it at a reduced rate. Be Fair guys !!! BTW - don’t drive it with the window down, or you will cringe from the overwhelming smell of the holding tank.
