The reservation and preparation process was excellent. Working with Jamie made me feel so much more comfortable about renting the RV. Jamie was available on messages and even via phone calls more than once. Upon arriving at the lot, it was a bit busy and I needed to wait for someone to be available to show me the vehicle. The walk through was simple and provided the necessary info. The RV overall drove well and was in good condition. There were a few issues, but we were able to manage them as needed and worked these out with the hosts. The service and communication onsite was not quite as warm and easy to interact with as it was with Jamie, but we were able to figure out everything that we needed to.

Using Alaska RV was a great experience. The check in process was quick and easy as well as the return. They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them. I will be using them for my next trip. Thank you Alaska RV for making our trip so enjoyable.

Really no complaints. RF was adequately cleaned. Everything needed for basics was there and clean. Bedding, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans Only thing I wasn’t sure of was how well the rv was disinfected Staff at check in and check out was very helpful and accommodating We returned rig five minutes past designated hour of return and he did not charge us for an additional hour. That so appreciated. That alone would convince me to use alaskarv.com again.
