We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. No exceptions.

5.0We very much enjoyed our week long Alaskan vacation using an RV rental. The RV was stocked and ready to go upon arrival and drop off was a breeze. We visited a couple of different locations during our trip. When I priced out a rental car and hotels, renting an RV was the clear winner on making the trip more affordable. The RV was easy to drive and we loved the convenience of unpacking one time. We lush the views from the campgrounds in Seward and on the Homer Spit were amazing! (Both were walking distance to restaurants and shops) We will definitely rent one again in the future!

5.0The host was ready for us when we arrived at Anchorage with a clean RV inside and out. The walk thru was easy due to our having a Nexus motorhome (different model) at home. The motorhome worked well for us during the 3 weeks in Alaska. There were a few minor issues that needed repairs that we discussed with the host when we turned it in. (kind of normal for a MH) Overall we would rent from them again in the future if the price was right.
