We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. No exceptions.

Helpful staff, inconsistent follow-up
Staff like Jamie and Sam are helpful, proactively pointing out issues, and offering immediate fixes. However, there was one instance where a promised callback for a problem did not occur.

The RV is generally in good condition, better than competitors, with appreciated features like a slide-out and retractable awning. Recurring issues include a problematic bathroom sliding door and a non-draining shower.

4.0Overall experience was pretty good. From reserving with Jamie, to checking out with Sam, everyone was very helpful. Our RVs were in better shape than the ones we rented with Cruise America last year. However, there were a couple of minor issues that Sam pointed out as we were picking up the RV for our trip. He offered to staple one of the pull down blinds to try and get it to hold for the duration of our trip. The one issue that would have been nice not to have to deal with was the sliding door on the bathroom. One side of the door was broken and not connected to the "glide" part. It difficult to open and close the door. The slide out and the retractable awning were great to have and gave us a little extra room to spread out. We'll definitely rent from Ali and his team next year when we come back for our annual family camping trip.

3.0The Rv worked and we had a great trip there were just a few small problems. 1 in the cap the over head light was stuck on, we fixed it with some tape, but I called the host they told me they would call back and i never got a call. 2 the bathroom door kept falling off its tracks and the shower didnt drain. overall didnt ruin my experience.
